You will be leading the digital marketing analytics within analytics team. There are challenging problems to tackle with tangible results to drive and achieve. Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring data analysts in the team
• Managing business stakeholders and project deliverables 
• Partnering with business teams to develop key metrics for success measures
• Analysing data and generating valuable insights
• Building visualisation dashboard for performance measure and delivering storytelling to effectively engage the stakeholders
• Building and maintaining data models

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in data analysis , ideally in marketing function or e-commerce industry
• Ability to interpret and analyse large amount of data
• Interest and experience in mentoring team members
• Logical reasoning and analytical mind
• Problem-solving approach, experience in solving problems and delivering results
• Good to be familiar with data modelling and architecture
• Proficient in using Python and SQL
• Proficient in digital analytics tools including google analytics
• Experience in delivering data requirements for digital marketing (web, click stream data, social media data acquisition)
• Experience in A/B testing
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Good to be familiar with statistical and wiling to learn machine learning techniques
• Good communication skills
