About the Role/仕事内容
Nextwave is looking for a Customer Support Manager who has experience in technical support or marketing position(s) in IT industry. Customer Support Manager will oversee the development of customer support tools/materials such as chat bot, user manual, and so on.
募集企業は、GHG（温室効果ガス）排出量を可視化できるSaaSを開発・運用している企業です。導入企業は、このシステムを導入することで部門、事業、地域別など様々な観点でGHG排出量を分析でき、データ開示や、脱炭素化を効率的に進めることを可能とします。こちらの企業はその導入を促すことで、日本における脱炭素目標達成に貢献することを目標として活動されています。

■業務概要：カスタマーサポート・オペレーションの基盤作りをお任せします。
オンボーディング効率化に向けたマニュアル作成や、テクニカルサポートをご担当いただきます。
■業務詳細：
- オンボーディングを効率化、自動化するためのコンテンツの作成（FAQ、マニュアル作成など）
- チャットボットの開発
- 顧客データの分析とレポート作成
- 顧客データの分析基盤の構築（Redash、BigQueryなど）
- メール、チャット、電話などを通じたテクニカルサポート業務、脱炭素に関する専門的な問い合わせの対応
