Purpose:

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer oversee the quality of IT delivery at the specified location, providing support to users upon request from various channels. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Job Characteristics:

• Requires presence at the specific location to provide onsite support.
• Some travel to other company locations might be required.
• Availability outside office hours in case of incidents or changes.

Job Requirements:

• Customer-oriented with excellent support and service attitude.
• Excellent and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Independent in own work; takes responsibility in projects but not afraid to ask for help when needed.
• Result-oriented with a proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.
• Team player with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Knowledge requirements:

• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management.
• Experience with Service Management tooling.
• Incident- and request-management, EUC Device Management
• Detailed knowledge of Windows, Office, Windows Servers, iOS, and VMware.
