About the Role

This position is a backend software developer in which you will be working on IoT solutions. The projects are smart nation focused in Singapore centered around renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to both internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously upskilling yourself to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.

Requirements

• Experience of working with communication, microservice, containerization management, and software development
• Ability to work on projects individually, but also able to work as a team member in the interest of resolving complex development issues

• Proficient with Linux, Message Queue, SQL / TSDB / NoSQL
• Expertise in either golang, java or C++
