About the company:

NextWave Partners is working closely with a leading privately-held renewable energy developer and operator of renewable energy assets raising close to 4bil USD across Japan, APAC and Americas.

Responsibilities:

• Excel-based financial modeling for solar and BESS investments
• Leading buy and sell side deals for large solar and BESS assets, including new projects
• Involvement in fund establishment, fundraising, negotiations, due diligence, and investor relations/reporting
• Assisting in legal and tax structuring for complex transactions with onshore and offshore investors
• Summarizing meeting minutes in both Japanese and English for wider team dissemination

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and native-level Japanese
• At least 2-4 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling proficiency
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Unwavering integrity, strong work ethic, and a dedication to teamwork and excellence
• Self-motivated and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and working independently or collaboratively within a team

Salary: Flexible, depending on experience
