About the role

NextWave Partners are currently seeking an experienced Interface Manager to play pivotal role in the successful development and execution of a portfolio of offshore wind projects in Taiwan. You will play an important role in working closely with both internal and external parties to optimize project performance, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
  • Identify potential interface issues, bottlenecks, or conflicts and proactively address them to minimize project delays or disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain a risk assessment and mitigation strategy for project interfaces.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interface-related communication, decisions, and actions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and key performance indicators related to project interfaces.
  • Handle change requests and variations to project plans, ensuring that any impact on interfaces is properly assessed and managed.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all project interfaces meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
  • Ensure that all interface activities adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Mediate and resolve interface-related conflicts or disputes, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in interface management within the renewable energy sector, preferably with offshore wind farm projects.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and permitting processes for offshore wind projects.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
