A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Junior and Senior IAM Advisors to industry leading e-commerce company situated in Singapore. The role will be reporting to the Head of GRC, the ideal candidate will have a
consultative approach to stakeholders, with a sound technical background with experience in IAM process adherence and automation of work flow/processes. With plans for exponential growth as part of the company vision, this is an
excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to move into a management position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain & implement processes for the administration of access to new & existing information systems
• Responsible for IAM process adherence, enforcement & to ensure systems are compliant with security standards
• Provide support to users of the system by ascertaining their access needs & implement appropriate procedures to meet them
• Maintain access to data files & applications on the IAM system
• Responsible for the audit response, deficiency & remediation to ensure all activities are tracked & completed within the defined timeline
• Create and update access management system documentation processes
• Ensure the automation of work flow/process
• Implement compliance framework for User access management

The ideal candidate will have

• Previous experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access Management
• Familiar with identity and access models, tools, and reporting methods
• Experience with Directories (Active Directory, LDAP & X500)
• Previous experience with Privileged Access Management
• Background experience with two-factor Authentication (especially One-Time Password solutions and Certificates on Smart Cards)
• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
