NextWave Partners USA is working with a global solutions provider and developer of cleantech water projects for advanced water and wastewater treatment.
The client is actively hiring for the role of HR Manager, who would take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, payroll, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
The role is based in Boston as the company is headquartered in Boston.
HR Manager will partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
HR Manager will analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
HR Manager will maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
HR Manager will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources in the EPC industry.
HR Manager will have relevant experience in recruitment, payroll, and strong understanding of Federal, State and Local laws.
HR Manager will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
