About the role:

My client is a Cyber Security start up specialist in Digital Forensics and Incident response. They are seeking a HR Manager to help drive growth across the APAC region.

This role will balance both strategic and operational responsibilities, this will require you to think about the big picture while rolling-up your sleeves to drive execution of strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of organizational guidelines with respect to roles, responsibilities & hierarchy
  • Serve as a trusted team member advisor for all members of the company, seeking solutions to team member issues
  • Manage employee evaluations as necessary
  • Manage head-hunters to drive the candidate hiring pipeline via LinkedIn, Lever and other recruiting platforms
  • Assist Legal Counsel in drafting and review of team member contracting
  • Conduct team member onboarding procedures as well as exit interviews
  • Manage personal administrative matters such as insurance, employment passes and visas
  • Research and stay abreast of new HR trends and relevant changes in government rules, regulations & policies

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years' experience in Talent Management/HR
  • Experience in the IT/cyber security industries preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with HR record keeping management tools and resources
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential personal information
  • Computer/tech savvy; can competently utilize Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
