Responsibilities

• Lead solutions development team which is responsible for developing risk and regulatory reporting solutions and architecture team for the region
• Manage stakeholders including Sales, products, services, management team and the clients
• Provide leadership in bringing in real process efficiencies and helping the organisation to achieve next level of growth and scale
• Interface with/Engage counterparts in other regions to align processes and bring synergy
• Be responsible for developing methodologies to achieve higher resource utilisation, cheaper costs and a high level of industrialisation in the process
• Be the regional technology contact point for one of their product’s platform development
• Assist presales team in conveying and convincing clients about robustness of their products
• Lead design workshops with clients and guide clients towards an efficient and scalable design
• Be a mentor to the team and keep inspiring them to achieve goals, keeping the overall environment positive and constructive

Requirements

• An experienced leader, having successfully managed development and architecture teams
• An Energetic individual who is not shy of pushing boundaries and able to inspire the team to deliver goods
• Having good experience in leading a major software development team and delivering big programs in the financial industry
• Able to track and deliver multiple streams at the same time
• A people person who can communicate clearly and manage stakeholders confidently
• Goal centric not needing constant supervision
