THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to step into the role of Head of Construction Europe. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the construction department, ensuring successful execution of renewable energy projects across Europe.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient and timely project delivery, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence within the construction team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities
  • Manage the team and be involved in new hirings and talent acquisition

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on construction management.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading construction teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
