Are you passionate to use data to drive marketing ROIs for the business? 

We are looking for Growth Engineer or Marketer with strong interest in working with fast growing tech company with an international team, to lead the development and management of marketing plans to drive engagement across channels with a data- driven approach.

With analytical capabilities, you will track and analyse marketing performance, drive conversion rates, operations improvement for the business. You will be running A/B testing to ensure successful implementation thereafter. 

You will also identify high potential customer segments and strategise targeted marketing for the groups. In addition, you will be working closely with engineering, data and product team to drive and implement growth and product initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of Two (2) years of Relevant experience in growth marketing and product analytics
• Proven success and experience in A/B testing and best practices
• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of modern full stack technologies (eg. React, SQL, Java)
• Experience in managing delivery of robust backend applications, APIs and data pipeline
• Exposure in Cloud technologies (Eg. AWS, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
