About the role

We are working with a product company to look for a skilled fullstack engineer. Your role involves building, looking after, and assisting users with a sophisticated web application (Angular/Nest.JS). You'll also learn about cutting-edge concepts, technologies, and frameworks like Typescript, Docker, and AWS. Your main workplace will be our new office in HCMC, where you'll work closely with our team in Singapore.


Roles and responsibilities

• Engage in multiple projects spanning Frontend and Backend development.
• Offer guidance and technical insight for architectural decisions in web application development.
• Identify and document non-functional requirements.
• Provide support to the team during complex technical challenges through pair programming, conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and delving deep into the codebase.
• Conduct reviews of designs, code, and tests to uphold high-quality standards.
• Coach and mentor individuals to foster growth in productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure technical coherence.
• Work with Product teams to execute the roadmap and enhance User Experience.
• Recognize and communicate potential risks to stakeholders, proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive experience as a FullStack Engineer.
• Proficient in hands-on coding with Typescript for more than 3 years.
• Demonstrated expertise with Angular 2+ for over 2 years.
• Skilled in crafting APIs, including Rest and GraphQL.
• Profound capability in building intricate UI/UX designs with real-time data and sophisticated state management.
• Well-versed in git version control system.
• Experienced in both Unit Tests and Integration tests.
• Proficiency in SQL and database schema design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including setup and configuration.
• Skilled in Docker, capable of writing dockerfiles and creating images.
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems like JWT and OAuth.
• Sound knowledge of software engineering patterns and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing architecture for web applications.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, SQS, and RDS.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM, TDD, and BDD.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Educational qualification includes a degree in Computer Science.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
