Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product and design teams to build exciting and innovative features for the web platform
• Build a dynamic web applications and platform technologies
• Take full ownership of projects from design, to implementation, and deployment
• Write clean, testable and maintainable code
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews to evolve web platform and maintain a high-quality code culture
• Define development plan based on the request and maintain on-time delivery

Requirements

• With a track record of designing, developing and implementing complex solutions across mobile applications and web services
• You have great technical skills and have good programming fundamentals.
• Experience with frameworks and languages such as React.js, Node.js, Ruby, Rails and JavaScript. We use AWS cloud services heavily (Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, CloudFront etc).
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving large-scale projects and products, in collaboration with product, design and commercial teams, to succeed.
• Strong communication skills and can act as an advisor, coach, mentor, and partner all at the same time. Can represent the Tech team to ideate, plan, contribute with other key team leaders.
• Experience in building applications from scratch including coordination’s with the other key stakeholders.
