Description: NextWave Partners is working with a leading business in the technology sector. They are seeking for a Full Stack Software developer to join their mission towards Health and Co-Development of digtial platforms. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of the software application. The will be in NodeJS and typescript

Responsibilities:

1) Collaborate with Product Managers:

Engage closely with Product Managers to meticulously define project scope, technical requirements, and establish realistic timelines.

2) Integration of User Interfaces and Back-End Functionality:

Work in tandem with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces and back-end functionality.

3) Champion Agile Methodologies:

Advocate and lead Agile methodologies, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum or Kanban practices through regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

4) Drive Technical Decision-Making Processes:

Take the lead in driving technical decision-making processes, advocating for best practices, code quality, and scalability.

5) Adopt Software Engineering Best Practices:

Adopt proven software engineering practices such as pair programming, code reviews, and test-driven development to maintain high coding standards. Identify potential issues and propose improvements.

6) Balance Hands-On Coding with Leadership:

Achieve a delicate balance between hands-on coding and leadership responsibilities, taking on technical challenges when necessary.

7) Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks, risks, and mitigations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

8) Stay Current with Technology Trends:

Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, tools, and frameworks, and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems.

9) Promote a Culture of Innovation:

Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and supporting creative problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

1) Web Applications Development Expertise:

Demonstrate expertise in modern web applications development using Node.JS and TypeScript.

2) Blockchain Distributed Applications (DApp) Proficiency:

Exhibit proficiency in the development of Blockchain Distributed Applications (DApp).

3) CI/CD Pipeline Development and Cloud Services:

Possess experience in the development of CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications using cloud services, with a focus on AWS.

4) Familiarity with Web3 Technologies:

Showcase familiarity with Web3 technologies and the Ethereum developer ecosystem.

5) Agile/SCRUM Experience:

Demonstrate working experience in an Agile/SCRUM setup.

6) Excellent Communication Skills:

Exhibit excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

7)Proactive and Self-Motivated:

Showcase a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
