About the role

Our client is looking for great engineers to join our new team to build an intelligent Electric Vehicle (EV) software platform.
We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Application Developer with experience in Flutter and Dart to join our EV software platform team. As a Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This is a remote position, so excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and meet the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with our software development team to ensure that our mobile applications integrate smoothly with our existing systems and platforms.
• Ensure the quality and performance of our mobile applications by conducting regular testing and debugging, and implementing automated testing.
• Work with our CI/CD pipeline to streamline our development and deployment process.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development and make recommendations for improvements and new features.
• Work with the design team to ensure that the look and feel of our mobile applications are consistent with our brand and company values, and use design tools like Figma or Invision.
• Collaborate with our backend development team to develop and integrate APIs for our mobile applications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the development process and update stakeholders on progress regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Familiarity with mobile app development best practices, including agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Invision.
• Basic knowledge of backend API development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for mobile app development and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
