サステナビリティ経営を支援するERPの開発を行う企業にて、チームをリード頂くエンジニアリングマネージャーを募集中です。

Responsibilities

• 新規プロダクトの開発に最適な組織体制の構築
• 開発組織の拡大に伴う人材マネジメント（個別面談、評価・フィードバック制度の整備など）
• メンバーのアサイン調整などのリソースマネジメント
• プロジェクト推進の円滑化を図るためのコミュニケーション推進（プロジェクトマネージャーやテックリードとの連携）
• エンジニアの採用活動
• メンバーの育成とオンボーディング施策の企画・実行・改善
