Role Summary
Head of Product Management (Fintech)


My clients is emerging leader in the fintech industry with backing from local government. They have successfully partner with some of the largest companies and unique individuals in the world with their product and have lead through various successes in the market.

As the head of product, and working in a small cross functional team and reporting to the CTO, this role encompasses:

• Leading end to end Product Strategy

• Managing, hiring and training up the team of Product Managers and Designers

• MVP focus, coming up with clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Product offerings

• Validate product hypotheses through market experiments (surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, A/B testing, etc.)

• Working closely with the engineer, sales and Marketing team

• Stakeholders Management - Talking about financials, strategies etc

You'll Fit Right In If You Have

• Strong Product Management with at least 5 years of leadership experience

• 0-1 Product Management experience is highly important, product launching into the market

• Start-up environment, Agile work style

• Software, AI, data, Ecosystems technical experience is a major plus

• Have lead PMs and Design Teams

• Stakeholders Management highly important
