REQUIREMENTS

IT related degree of equivalent

Professional Microsoft qualification

TILv3 or v4

Experience of the full Microsoft 365 Cloud Suite including OneDrive, Teams, Flow, Power Platform and OneNote.

Hands on experience with design and delivery of enterprise level Microsoft Applications solutions.

Experience of PowerShell Scripting for Microsoft 365 implementation and migrations

Supporting the sync and sharing of large volumes of data with OneDrive & SharePoint Online.

Experience of providing security and compliance recommendations or supporting the implementation of security requirements across the Microsoft 365 suite

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, users and management.

Expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration products

Exposure to SharePoint Syntex

Fluent in English

Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack

Passion for SharePoint and broader Content, UC and Collaboration solutions.

Understanding of Microsoft's SharePoint and Power Platform roadmap (Viva,Loop)

Understanding of Azure fundamentals

Exposure to SharePoint Syntex

Strong communication skills to engage with the business with an ability to influence

An ability to work autonomously

THE ROLE

SharePoint Analyst based in our London office who will be dedicated to supporting our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments on a global scale. This position will require expertise in SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 application stack to advance efficiencies, system integration, data integrity and drive productivity improvements. Collaborating with both technical and non technical staff to proactively identify areas of improvement and communicate recommended solutions to ensure products are usable and accessible. This is a hands-on role where you will be able to make your mark on the global Digital Workplace tools implemented.

.-Duties and responsibilities

A breadth of technical knowledge encompassing digital workplace solutions including modern client and application management, enterprise mobility, end-user collaboration and user engagement

Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver successful Microsoft365 & Digital Workplace based projects across the Group

Be the subject matter expert in Collaboration & UC tools and M365 solutions providing guidance across the enterprise to ensure all applications deliver business value

Focus on the use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications globally and the delivery to end users. Develop and manage information governance and processes. Manage new software features and updates and provide application support to all functional areas and business units.

Identify, research, and implement solutions to meet company objectives.

Promote user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications through employee training and preparation of self help materials, technical demonstrations, consultation and support of existing functionality.

Ensure data security and integrity of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.

Work with key IT functions to address requests, resolve 3rd line issues and high level of availability on the M365 platform

Be part of our emerging Metaverse virtual team which will incubate, pilot, scale and support development of new services to help clients rethink work, workplace and workforce

Working closely with other key functions; Infrastructure, App & Development, Security, Info Governance, Risk, Change
