Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage our online presence on various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Evaluate and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts, aligning them with predefined objectives, such as ROI and KPIs.
- Identify emerging trends and valuable insights to optimize resource allocation and campaign performance.
- Foster creative thinking to devise novel strategies for business growth, while also planning, executing, and assessing experiments and conversion tests.
Requirements & Skills
- Possession of a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven professional background in the domain of digital marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and supervising campaigns in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Highly creative with a track record of effectively identifying target audiences and creating engaging, informative, and motivational digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments, along with solid familiarity with website analytics tools, ad serving tools, Google AdWords, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, while staying current with the latest online marketing trends and best practices.
