We are looking for a Digital Associate Director to scale the digital capabilities to the next level. 

You will be the subject matter expert to drive digital initiatives and IT system implementation along with the innovation, tech, and digital transformation team.

At the strategic level, you will lead the direction to streamline digital processes and workflows to optimize resources in alignment with the business units. 

You will be in the pivotal position to manage and engage senior stakeholders to prioritise the deliverables for the project to build a minimal lovable product.

Requirements

• Minimal Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields including Digital Marketing, IT, Computing, Project Management.
• Looking for a Leader in digital with experience in driving the implementation process of digital systems
• Experience in CMS (Content Management System), CRM, customer access management platform, payment platforms
• Project Management experience in handling large and complex projects
• Experience in website and mobile app development to launch
• Have a good level of proficiency about different operational tools such as in using Adobe suite, google analytics, etc
• Strong presentation and communication skills in presenting to cross-functional teams
