My client is a Singaporean financial institution who is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager, who has extensive experience in Change Management, to join the team in a new role designated to drive changes across the organisation.

This role will be essential to their day to day operations for long term success. The candidate will report to the Head of Information Security but will be working with multiple business division to complete a variety of Security-focused programs.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead on key projects & programs with high levels of complexity that is key to business success
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a project, from Scoping, development & implementation of the project
• Report to senior management regularly with clear, & accurate projects updates
• Coordinate with all internal & external stakeholders to effectively carry out the changes
• Communicate frequently and effectively; provide regular status reporting including issues and risk management
• Ensure that all project initiatives are carried in alignment with the overall strategy and designed with customer experience front of mind

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Cyber Security Project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent understanding of Cyber Security or IT Risk Management
• Change management experience is also key to this role
• Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence different business units
• Strong motivator and be able to drive change in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in project management Methodologies, e.g. PMI, Prince2, Agile & PMBOK
• Knowledge of PM tools such as Jira, Planview, Primavera would be a bonus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
