About the Role
NextWave Partners is working exclusively with a leading business in the software industry that has created a PLM platform to be facilitated for projects.
South Korea is one of a number of operating offices for them globally, with operations across Asia, Europe, Australia, Japan, and The Americas.
As part of their next phase of growth, they are expanding their commercial division with the addition of a customer support specialist to bridge the gap on the technical side in South Korea.
Responsibilities:
*Showcase strong and confident customer-facing and support skills.
*Advocate for customers by submitting enhancement requests.
*Utilize MS Office tools, including MS Project and Visio, and possess knowledge of related scripting languages.
*Troubleshoot defects and document support cases.
*Demonstrate proficiency in software installation, IT troubleshooting, and optimization, particularly with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and application servers (JBoss).
Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience.
* Proficiency in the English language.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
