About the Role/仕事内容

Nextwave is looking for a Customer Success who has experience in BtoB sales, business development, or implementation consulting in Tech industries. My client is a industry leading ESG/sustainability tech company in Japan.

  • 製品導入におけるオンボーディング対応
  • 利用状況の分析、改善案の立案
  • 課題解決に向けたアップセル/クロスセルの提案
  • 社内プロダクト開発チームと協業し、製品開発に対するフィードバック
  • ESG/Sustainability領域へご関心をお持ちの方(実務経験は問われません、ご入社後キャッチアップいただけます)
  • カスタマーサクセスもしくは、アカウントマネージャーとしてのご経験をお持ちの方
  • 環境コンサルタント、サステナビリティコンサルタントのご経験をお持ちの方
  • IT導入コンサルティングのご経験をお持ちの方
  • システム導入におけるプロジェクトマネージメントのご経験をお持ちの方
  • IT系企業にて法人営業のご経験をお持ちの方
