My client is a Data Privacy Technology Provider with a SaaS based model. 

They have recently begun their operations in Singapore, as they are a business originally from Europe.

With their recent round of funding, they are now expanding their APAC team which includes a customer success manager for the Singapore office.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our clients in providing a seamless experience post sales with regards to the use of our technology
  • Effectively communicating the ROI to our customer throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Working with other team members in generating renewals along with cross / up sell opportunities
  • Be the main point of contact for customers with regards to their on-boarding and training of the product

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience of working with multi-geographical customers
  • Possess stronger than average presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • You are interested in working with a high-growth SaaS based start-up
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams within a business including sales, marketing, product, engineering, finance
