■募集ポジション：Customer Success Manager／カスタマーサクセスマネージャー
■業務内容
- 製品導入におけるオンボーディング対応
- 利用状況の分析、改善案の立案
- 課題解決に向けたアップセル/クロスセルの提案
- 社内プロダクト開発チームと協業し、製品開発に対するフィードバックを行う
- 市場リサーチ、顧客の脱炭素経営の支援
■歓迎スキル
- 気候変動対策や環境問題へご関心をお持ちの方（実務経験は問われません。ご入社後キャッチアップいただけます）
- カスタマーサクセスもしくは、アカウントマネージャーとしてのご経験をお持ちの方
- 環境コンサルタント、サステナビリティコンサルタントのご経験をお持ちの方
- コンサルティングファームにて市場調査や提案業務の経験をお持ちの方
- システム導入におけるプロジェクトマネージメント経験
- IT系企業にて法人営業のご経験をお持ちの方
