About the Role
NextWave Partners are partnered exclusively with a product driven business with a focus in the energy sector. They are searching for a customer success manager who will be the main liaison for their key accounts in Australia

Responsibilities

• Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
• Establish clear client retention goals
• Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
• Upsell services and products with the brand image

Requirements

• Experience in the energy sector particularly in Australia
• Experience of selling a software solution is key to understanding the product offering
• A track record of a high success of client retention and able to provide upsell opportunities for accounts worth 1m>

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation package ranges between AUD150 - AUD180
• 25 days of annual leave is provided
• Remote working is afforded
