Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Melbourne or Sydney

About the Role
Our clients are a leading cloud platform provider who are showing a massive amount of growth through out the APAC region. They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who has been highly successful and is extremely aspirational about their sales career.
- Manage and lead a broad array of stakeholders.
- Grow the Net Promoter Score of our top existing customers within the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
- Build, maintain and evolve a detailed account plan for each of our customers.
- Identify and create new opportunities within an existing customer base.
- Demonstrable experience in selling software-based solutions and services to Retailers, Value Added Resellers, Distributors, MSPs and Telecommunications companies.
- A customer centric approach to sales with demonstrated experience of over achieving targets.
- Regional sales experience in ANZ Preferred.
