About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer for a fast growing B2B marketplace at Series B stage to further build their technology capabilities through this high growth trajectory phase. A technical who is passionate about driving impact to businesses and leading a solid team of software engineers to deliver high performance marketplace platform will be ideal for this leadership role. You will be leading technology initiatives and setting up technology architecture in line with the marketplace product roadmap. You will be championing engineering and technology operational excellence on a sustainable and scalable platform.

You will be reporting directly into CEO and working with stakeholder across the business units. You will oversee all technology decision making including driving strategy from technical perspective, building roadmap, managing the technology stake along with vendor and people management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in technology role, managing large scale technology platform
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading engineering teams ideally in Indonesia markets
• Experience in creating technology vision and roadmap, with scalable technology solutions from inception to successful implementation
• Solid knowledge of DevOps , system architecture and cloud infrastructure
• Experience in AI, Blockchain, Cloud or IoT domain
• Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to effectively lead a high performing technology team
• Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders across all levels
• Experience in translating technical concepts into language for audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders
