About the Role

This role is pivotal in the delivery of a world class service to our Contractors. You will be the person that links our Recruitment Consultants, Finance and Operations Teams together to ensure our Contractors reach their work assignments on time with everything that they need and ensure they are paid on time and are happy.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Contractor onboarding and mobilisation process, including coordination of international travel arrangements, visas, work permits, GWO training, medicals

  • Provide ongoing support to our Contractors.

  • Ensuring all Contractor queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently

  • Collating and reviewing Contractor paperwork to ensure compliance with Client requirements

  • Check Contractor intake sheets and system against Client's Agreement

  • Maintain contractor tracker sheet to keep track of invoicing and expenses (Salary cost, mobilisation expenses, visas etc)

  • Liaise with payroll providers and internal payroll regarding Contractor's salary and expenses

  • Preparing Contractor contracts, contract’s renewals and contract amendments.

  • Ensure all timesheets are collected on time and to ensure our Contractors are paid on time, everytime.

  • Work closely with the Finance Team to provide all the information to send correct invoices to our Clients to ensure timely payments

  • Any other Ad-hoc activities requested by the department

Your Profile

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage your time well and work in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communicator in the English language to work with a multicultural team

  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions about the mobilisation of contractors

  • Understand and champion NextWave Partners Compliance Framework

  • Experience of administering Agreements and Contracts
