About the role

Our client is a high growth crypto trading company, with the vision of empowering major players in the digital asset ecosystem by providing institutional-grade trading technologies. The company is currently looking for a client service engineer, who will play a vital role in the customer success and the overall reliability of the trading systems.

Roles and responsibilities

• Be the expert in system architect, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for issues in the live trading system
• Be the main point of contact between the Company and its clients (head traders, engineers, and system administrators)
• Ensure system and infrastructure stability by proactively looking into optimizing and improving current infrastructures
• Work closely with the Company's customers to address their pain points and assist with client integrations, including real-time monitoring of production system
• Assist in the client acquisition pipeline ( on-boarding, integration and account management) where applicable

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or relevant fields
• Have at least 5 years of technical experience working as system reliability engineer in trading domains
• Have good software development experience in Python, Java, Golang, or Bash/Shell Scripting
• Have good experience with trading systems in either capital markets or digital assets
• Have good experience with Linux Operating System and Cloud Platforms like GCP, AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Someone who is self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and looking to grow in the crypto trading space
