My client is an international player in the climate technology space and is looking for a Chief of Product / Co-Founder to be working side by side with the founding team and taking initiative to drive the business onto a higher level. You will be overlooking the product vision and strategy and driving them into the market.

This is exciting for someone that is interested in working in a start-up environment that has proven success and is funded by 2 leading international companies - one venture capital and another service provider.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic management of product 0-1, 1-many for the business unit - from idealisation to execution

• Experience in idealisation of Software Product is important whereas 1-many in AI, IoT is a major plus.

• Managing team inclusion of hiring, training of Product Managers and Design team

• Ensuring team presents clear vision, roadmap, A/B testing, concept testing etc

• Ensuring team has strong user mindset

• Working closely with the sales team to ensure the right target market

• Working closely with engineering team to ensure the right product has been engineered

• Stakeholders management - presentation to stakeholders on the progress of the product business unit

Requirements

• Product Management experience is highly important and

• Worked in a start up environment and show success of product management from idealisation to launch
