募集企業は、ESGデータの管理、分析を強みとするERPシステムを開発しています。自社システムを導入することで、部門、事業、地域別など様々な観点でESGデータの分析ができ、脱炭素／ESG経営を効率的に進めることを可能とします。

■業務内容

• 採用プロセスの改善と高度化
• 広報チームとの連携による採用ブランディング
• 人材紹介会社との関係構築
• オンボーディング施策の企画や運用を含む、経営層との協力に基づいた総合的な採用計画の立案と実行。など

■歓迎スキル

• IT業界で採用／人事業務のご経験をお持ちの方
• スタートアップ企業にて採用業務のご経験をお持ちの方
• 人材エージェントにてテック人材の紹介実績をお持ちの方

• ESG/サステナビリティ領域の経験は問われません。未経験で入社されるエンジニアや営業の方も多く、カーボンニュートラルや環境問題などの社会課題に対して何か貢献したいと考えられている方が多く在籍されています。
• ハイブリットOK（週1~2日ほど都内のオフィスでチームミーティングなど社内コミュニケーションを取る機会を設けられております）
