I am working with one of the world’s largest renewable energy businesses, they are looking for a Development Process Analyst to join their team to help drive the next phase of their growth and global expansion. This person will play a key role in evolving their workflows, systems, and data, thus gaining a deep understanding of how the core of the business works.
This unique opportunity would suit someone with existing knowledge of energy development projects (although not essential), and a passion for infrastructure/renewables/energy businesses.
Responsibilities
- Take on a hands-on role in the delivery of projects, both internally and on a global scale
- Understand the challenges of project delivery and identify weaknesses in the existing processes
- Help in the design of a framework for a global development system to address gaps & deliver improvements to support business objectives
- Manage the execution and business user testing of the framework
- Provide feedback & clarity to senior stakeholders on the process and target outcomes to ensure alignment throughout the process
- Understand key reporting requirements & work with relevant IT experts to design reporting dashboards using the new system
- Drive continuous improvements through identifying opportunities and implementation of best practice standards
Requirements
- Proven business process analysis and systems experience within an infrastructure project development/financial services environment
- Strong understanding of business process re-engineering, process mapping, analysis, user requirement gathering and gap analysis
- Previous involvement with quality assurance, user acceptance testing, solution delivery and change management
- Knowledge of PowerBI, QuickBase or other similar platforms is beneficial
- Track record of influencing and driving key stakeholders towards defined outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical and decision-making skills
