This position is with a financial technology business that is looking to expand its revenue-generating team in Singapore. This BDR will be responsible for assisting the sales team with a focus on the SEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from inbound leads / online engagement/marketing campaigns and turn them into sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present the company’s products to potential customers
  • Identify client pain points and suggest appropriate product solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Seek new business opportunities in the SEA region
  • Set up meetings for the field sales/pre-sales team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a cold calling environment
  • Ability to learn complex financial concepts and then relay this into your discussions with customers
  • Understand customer issues and introduce solutions by way of their product
