This position is with a financial technology business that is looking to expand its revenue-generating team in Singapore. This BDR will be responsible for assisting the sales team with a focus on the SEA region.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from inbound leads / online engagement/marketing campaigns and turn them into sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present the company’s products to potential customers
- Identify client pain points and suggest appropriate product solutions
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Seek new business opportunities in the SEA region
- Set up meetings for the field sales/pre-sales team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a cold calling environment
- Ability to learn complex financial concepts and then relay this into your discussions with customers
- Understand customer issues and introduce solutions by way of their product
