About the Role

We are partnering with a dynamic and innovative startup in the Climate-Tech industry that is seeking a Head of Business Development Manager based in Japan.

Responsibilities
・Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal stage, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
・Skillfully engage with clients to facilitate smoother negotiations and foster productive relationships.
・Understand the organizational challenges faced by clients and identify key decision-makers within their structure.
・Work closely with Solution Architects and other stakeholders to design and develop projects tailored to client needs.
・Maintain comprehensive meeting logs and ensure effective communication with internal teams to facilitate the seamless preparation of proposals.
・Monitor project status throughout the project stage using various platforms.
・Guide internal teams to ensure the development of sustainable projects that align with client expectations.
・Conduct frequent checks to ensure that the project remains in line with evolving client expectations, adapting to dynamic business environments.
・Proactively identify opportunities within projects to nurture and develop long-term client relationships.
