Key responsibilities

1. Market intelligence & pipeline - map APAC opportunities (floating‑wind developers, EPC yards, O&G contractors) and maintain a 12‑month funnel > S$50 million.

2. Client acquisition - originate leads, arrange yard tours, deliver technical/commercial proposals and convert to signed frame agreements and POs.

3. Tender & contract management - coordinate with engineering, QS and HSE to prepare bids, negotiate T&Cs and secure profitable margins.

4. Partnerships - build collaborations with OEMs, class societies and logistics integrators to embed yard services in turnkey packages.

5. Forecasting & reporting - own revenue forecast, maintain CRM data and report monthly to the Head of Commercial.

6. Continuous improvement - channel customer feedback to yard operations on capacity, QA/QC and service upgrades in line with ISO 9001 & API Q1.
