* Seek and identify investment opportunities (directly or through partners) that fit the Company criteria

* Conduct pre-screening and lead due diligence process
* Prepare materials for internal and investor approval
* Negotiate the terms of the transaction with the counterpart, and lead preparation of the relevant
contracts (SPA, development agreements, PPAs, etc.) in coordination with other functions
* Coordinate the closing of the transactions that are approved by the Company / investors
* Support the different functions after the closing during the integration period
* Develop relationship with stakeholders, such as landowners, utilities, authorities, consultants, partners,
customers to improve the company business capabilities
* Active engagement in defining and implementing optimal acquisition and origination strategies for the
* Support other functions to allow them achieve the overall goals of the Company


* Self-starter, capable to lead through the whole acquisition cycle
* Good negotiation/ communication skill
* Basic knowledge about finance and investment
* Basic understanding of financial modelling
* Knowledge about Renewable Energy sector in Japan, preferably PV, with network in the industry
* Japanese native level
* Basic English both written and verbal.
* Good Excel, Word, Power Point skills with the ability to develop material in professional standards
