Moving from a Financial Broking background I gained my first recruitment role in 2006. I have spent over 15 years working within the Asia Pacific region supporting initially main offshore Drilling Operators/Contractors within the O&G sector, along with New Build projects. My last five years have been spent supporting Power Generation and Wind renewables sector projects working alongside main OEM’s Globally.

I am a Contract Specialist with strong industry knowledge. Within NextWave Partners I am responsible for ensuring that our Offshore and Onshore Wind clients are supported by introducing the best talent to their projects.

  • Site and Project Management

  • Onshore Pre-Assembly

  • Quality Inspection

  • Installation Specialists

  • Commissioning Specialists

  • EHS Management

My thoughts on Renewable Energy

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented time within the renewables sector with heavy investment being seen to move at speed to Net Zero especially in the APAC region. NextWave is strategically placed for this expansion with actual entities in many of the main hotspots (Vietnam, Korea, Japan and Taiwan). This ensures I can truly be an in-country partner when supporting our clients.

After many years working within the O&G sector to be now supporting the clean energy side of the Power sector and working for a truly ESG minded company is very exciting especially with the positive impacts this will undoubtedly have for the planet.
