My desire to work within a people-focused industry led me to start my career in hospitality management. I have a wide breadth of experience in operations and event management and also with building and managing teams. Having always placed an importance on sustainability, growing my career with NextWave Partners felt like a natural next step.

At NextWave Partners, I oversee the business support function globally, reporting into the Directors and Co-founders to drive performance and excellence across: human resources, talent attraction, payroll, marketing, global mobility and global office operations and admin.
