I started my recruitment career in Singapore, 2006. I fell in love with the dynamics of the Oil & Gas market, covering the full lifecycle of Onshore/Offshore projects, from Petrochemical plants to Drilling Operators, Service Companies and Contractors. In 2023, I moved to the European market, focusing on Offshore Wind with Atlas Professionals. Now at NextWave Partners as a Principal Consultant for the EMEA region, I recruit positions across the renewables sector, from early development to construction phase. Partnering closely with developers on their projects.
