In my dual role as a Business Support Executive and Systems Administrator at NextWave Partners, I fulfill critical responsibilities to support the organization's overall operations. As a Business Support Executive, I provide essential internal assistance to consultants, managers, and directors globally. TI provide essential internal assistance to our global team of consultants, managers, and directors. I also play a crucial role in administrative support, handling document management, scheduling, travel coordination, and inquiries
Simultaneously, as a Systems Administrator, I am responsible for overseeing and managing our systems to ensure smooth operation. This encompasses tasks such as maintaining the CRM, managing validations, and implementing solution-oriented processes. By ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems, I contribute to enhancing productivity and streamlining internal processes. Through my role as a Systems Administrator, I strive to maintain reliable systems that enhance productivity and facilitate seamless operations for the entire team at NextWave Partners.
