I began my career in 2013 in London with a global finance and accounting recruitment company where I developed my interest in how these specialisms fitted into Private Equity investment teams and the senior finance hires within their respective investment portfolios.

I had the responsibility for building a new Private Equity recruitment desk and team around me. I focused within the London PE market across all sectors for 3 years before transitioning into supporting Infrastructure PE and debt funds across EMEA.
