​After completing my BSc Psychology degree I started my career in telecommunications, consolidating personal and business energy accounts. This led me to recruiting Customer Service Representatives across the UK for BT. Following on from this I made the transition into Solar Recruitment and spent time covering roles within Germany before moving to Australia and beginning my career at NextWave Partners.

With the demand for clean energy, due to the issue of climate change. I’m thrilled to be at the centre of it all, empowering individuals who can make a difference in the world through the development of renewable energy projects. 

After working in the German Solar Sector, I saw the unlimited possibilities there are when you are able to connect expert professionals with top companies. There is a lot of potential for expansion within Australia and New Zealand, which can be seen from the amount of movement within the market.
