The Role – APAC Contract Senior Recruitment Consultant :

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the Global Head of Project Solutions to take over and lead the already existing APAC Contract Recruitment desk in Energy and Infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who has the desire to see how far they can push themselves outside of the traditional recruitment career path with a development plan to a Senior Management position in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own personal brand as a market-leading consultant providing full life-cycle contract recruitment in APAC.

  • Network with and headhunt of the world’s top Energy & Infrastructure professionals, building a strong book of contractors.

  • Develop and nurture a wide client base in APAC, delivering 360 contract services to existing and new clients.

  • Working with Senior Management, to formulate and execute a structured business development strategy

  • International travel with face-to-face client meetings to develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates

  • Prioritising your tasks whilst working autonomously with confidence

Your Profile

  • Prior successful 360 recruitment experience within the global Energy & Infra industries covering relevant markets is required.

  • Full hands-on contract recruitment experience is not essential although preferred.

  • Entrepreneurially minded and keen to build a micro business

  • Hard-working and driven to make their mark on the sector in the APAC

  • Motivated to achieve above and beyond the competition in results and earnings

  • Confident, humble, resilient and an ability to think outside the box

  • You are nimble and dynamic with an ability to spot opportunities and move quickly to capitalize on them.
