About the role

We are looking for someone to come in and be able to build a team around themselves. Someone who is looking to push themselves to be the best they can be and develop their career into a Senior Management position.

You will help to build the presence of NextWave within the Americas region to be a market leader within the Renewable Energy sector to enable energy transition into Clean Energy.

Hiring Locations:

United States

    • Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own team’s brand as market-leading consultants in the Renewable Energy sector in the United States

    • Network with and headhunting of the world’s top Renewables professionals in the country and lead client meetings with strategic decision makers, ability to maximise several key accounts and build the overall teams profitability

    • Develop and nurture a wide client base of Renewable Energy Companies, continually driving new business development on a weekly basis and sets the “Business Development” culture for your team

    • Manage a team of Recruitment Consultants in ensuring KPIs and targets are met through sustaining a healthy and sustainable pipeline, being an active driver of training, day-to-day management, coaching and business growth strategy

    • Strong use of the system, and training/mentoring of other staff, ensure database is concise, current and active

    • Development of headcount through talent identification roadmap for consultants, including succession planning

    • Actively promoting the NextWave brand, vision, mission and values both internally and externally.

Your Profile
    • Prior recruitment experience of at least 3 years within Renewable Energy, Clean Energy or other related Energy Transition spaces.

    • Experience in covering relevant markets within the United States is desired, but not essential.

    • Leadership experience and capabilities in managing a team of 3 or more

    • Fluent in English is essential to the position

    • Entrepreneurially minded and keen to build a micro business

    • Hard-working and driven to make their mark on the Renewable Energy Sector

    • Motivated to achieve above and beyond the competition in results and earnings

    • Confident, humble, resilient and an ability to think outside the box to solve problems

    • You are nimble with an ability to spot opportunities and move quickly to capitalize on them.
