About the role
We are looking for multiple Recruitment Consultants to cover Renewable Energy markets in all our global offices to help the world transition into clean energy.
We are looking for someone who has the desire to see how far they can push themselves outside of the traditional recruitment career path with a development plan to a Senior Management position from day one.

All Global Offices (Singapore, United States, Australia, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, London)
Responsibilities:
Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own personal brand as a market-leading consultant.
Network with some of the world’s top professionals in the industry.
Receive training and mentoring from Leading Consultants with years of experience in their field and grow an enviable client base.
Be able to use a variety of methods to source top talent in the market.
Work with individuals in understanding their expertise to match them to the right opportunities and companies.
Develop and nurture a wide client base from Investment Funds to Asset Managers and Development companies.
Develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong ability in prioritising your tasks to ensure the best time management.
Your Profile
Prior experience in a recruitment or client-focused role is essential ideally within the Renewable Energy or Clean Energy sector.
Fluency in English is essential, however other language proficiency is a great plus to work with local markets.
Entrepreneurially minded and keen to build a micro-business.
Hard-working and driven, proven in academia, sport, or your career to date.
Motivated to achieve above and beyond the status quo.
Confident, humble, resilient, and the ability to think outside the box.
