The Role - Recruitment Consultant – Renewables (APAC):
The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the Business Directors to grow the Renewable Energy and Offshore Wind sector in APAC.
We are looking for someone who has the desire to see how far they can push themselves outside of the traditional recruitment career path with a development plan to a Senior Management position in the future.

Network with and headhunting of the world’s top Renewables and Offshore Wind professionals in the country
Develop and nurture a wide client base of Renewable Energy Companies
Through working with Senior Management, you will formulate and execute a structured business development strategy
International travel with face-to-face client meetings to develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates
Prioritising your tasks whilst working autonomously with confidence
Prior recruitment experience is desired, but Sales experience will also be considered
Experience in covering relevant markets within APAC is a plus but not essential
Fluent in English compulsory, fluency in other ASEAN languages is a plus
Entrepreneurially minded and keen to build a micro business
Hard-working and driven to make their mark on the Renewable Energy Sector in South Korea
Motivated to achieve above and beyond the competition in results and earnings
Confident, humble, resilient and an ability to think outside the box
You are nimble with an ability to spot opportunities and move quickly to capitalize on them.
