The Role

You will work closely with our Senior Consultants on Project Solutions to take over and lead the already existing Contract Recruitment desk in Clean Energy spaces to facilitate Energy Transitions regionally.

We are looking for someone who has the desire to see how far they can push themselves outside of the traditional recruitment career path with a development plan to a Senior Management position in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the NextWave Company Brand and establish your own personal brand as a market-leading consultant providing full life-cycle contract recruitment. 推廣 NextWave 公司品牌,建立您自己的個人品牌,引領市場 並提供客戶完整的解決方案顧問。

  • Network with and headhunt of the world’s top professionals, building a strong book of contractors within the Clean Energy space.

  • Develop and nurture a wide client base, delivering 360 contract services to existing and new clients.

Your Profile

  • Minimun 3 year work experience in recruitment/sales
    至少3年招聘/銷售工作經驗
