Marketing Executive (Philippines)

Collaborate with sales and executive search teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
Research and analyze potential clients and industries to customize proposals accordingly.
Develop clear, concise, and persuasive written content for executive search proposals.
Create visually appealing proposal documents using appropriate branding and design elements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
Ensure proposals are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Track and analyze proposal metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize effectiveness.
Cover digital marketing strategy and implementation - including projects such as website and marketing.
Work on planning, scheduling and creating content for marketing - including social media posts, brochures and the website. Able to keep content up to date and work with business stakeholders to ensure things are changed real time.
Be versatile and able to take on new responsibilities and challenges that come with a scaling growth business.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
Proven experience in marketing, proposal writing, or a similar role, preferably within the executive search or professional services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex ideas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
